One measure of HP3's value to the healthcare industry is the expertise of its employees. By helping employees develop and maintain top skills, HP3—and HP3 employees—stay competitive in the industry. Employees' skills are a signal to clients and competitors of HP3's strength and success. HP3 encourages employees to take advantage of its many educational opportunities.

One key to HP3's success is our innovative training and development program, HP3 University. We have designed a series of programs to expand and sharpen skills and knowledge-base for all HP3 staff. HP3U is a series of progressively focused topics that staff members can use to better serve clients as well a stepping stone in career development. Some of the topics included in HP3U's curriculum include customer satisfaction, business etiquette, achieving successful change, managing projects and effective presentation skills.

Additionally, HP3 will reimburse its employees up to $5,000 for accredited college level or post-grad work per calendar year.
