Business Analyst

HP3, a progressive healthcare consulting firm, is seeking a Business Analyst for the Bethlehem office. The successful candidate will have a BS in business management, finance, statistics or a related discipline; 2 years related exp. The Business Analyst plays a wide variety of roles at HP3 in a fast-paced environment.

The business analyst is responsible for both internal analysis and client data analysis. The professional will be responsible for developing internal business solutions, supporting clients, and analyzing/trending clinical data. Other responsibilities include documenting internal/client processes and creating documentation of HP3 software.

Requirements for a Business Analyst include practical experience with Excel and data analysis, as well as the ability to work effectively individually and in a team environment. Working knowledge of relational databases and programming concepts/principles is preferred and prior experience with clinical data is a plus. A successful Business Analyst will have strong verbal/written communication skills, flexibility and strong multitasking abilities along with a firm commitment to customer service.
